belatedly :: tori amos in pittsburgh

Last Tuesday, Oct. 3o, Tori Amos took stage at the Benedum. Her Halloween-themed show (I was the flapper! Drinking cocktails with Hunter S. Thompson!) really worked in tandem with her "American Girl Posse" concept on this tour. She began the show as "Santa" in wings and an angel ensemble. She performed the second set in a devil constume. Incredible, unsurprisingly.

After "Sugar," she handed out goody bags to the audience -- notably, fun-size Baby Ruths and Sweet Tarts.
